Vacation Packing in Style!
Either way let's harken the Pan Am style of previous generations and leave the sweat pants at home! Outfit planning for a vacation can be tricky but we've got a few ideas to get you started.
Check The Weather
Chances are the precipitation forecast will change but the temperatures shouldn't change much and you can work around that. Remember that things get cooler by the lake so packing a layer for the evening is always a safe bet. Think a jean jacket or a button up denim shirt that can be tossed over anything.
Mix and Match
Your wardrobe can pack in the color and still give you options! For our weekender bag we took 3 tops and 3 bottoms and made a week's worth of outfits. (And we didn't even count the clothes on your back which can also be added in)
With these light weight, wide leg, pants you can wear a white tee, a navy tank or a teal tank meaning you have 3 outfits ready to go. Add in a denim jacket or button up shirt, or wear a scarf or hat to change up the looks even more.
With our favorite green check shorts (which are in our summer mark down collection) you can wear that white tee or that teal tank.
Finally with the crazy soft and comfortable geo shorts by Chicago's own Squasht can be paired with that, you guessed it, white tee or the navy tank (or the teal tank would work too) and again you've got two outfits with one short.
Accessorize, Accessorize, Accessorize
Jewelry, wallets and clutches and scarves are small, easy to pack and can change up an outfit in a snap. Our trick for packing extra handbags is to nesting doll stack them into one another (and KonMari fold the rest).
Think Big
